Martin Kinney

Martin Kinney focuses his practice on medical negligence, auto/truck accidents and product liability cases. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kinney was a partner with the Louisville law firm of Boehl, Stopher and Graves where he focused his practice on litigation involving attorney malpractice, railroad crossing accidents, FELA claims and truck/automobile accidents. He previously has been recognized as one of the top lawyers in Louisville by the Louisville Magazine and has an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Kinney is licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky and recently obtained a multi-million dollar verdict in a medical negligence case in Bowling Green, Kentucky. His civic involvement includes serving as the Board Chair for the downtown Louisville YMCA and also as a member of the Board of the YMCA Association for Greater Louisville.
