Marshall J. Rowland has been a personal injury attorney with the law firm of Dolt, Thompson, Shepherd, Conway & Stanton, PSC since 2016, serving clients across the state of Kentucky. He represents clients in various legal matters involving:

Marshall earned his bachelor’s with a major in political science in 2013 from Wittenberg University in Springfield, where he was a four-year varsity letterman for the men’s soccer team. He then decided to study law at the Capital University Law School, receiving his law degree in 2016 and gaining the license to practice in Kentucky the same year. He is also admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
While in law school, Marshall served as an extern for the legal counsel at the Ohio State Troopers Association. He then joined Dolt, Thompson, Shepherd, Conway & Stanton, PSC, as a law clerk during his second year of law school. Rooted in Louisville, Kentucky, he enjoys helping the people in his hometown community through his legal services.
A diligent attorney with vast legal acumen, Marshall has been added to the Top 10 Under 40 Attorneys list by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. Additionally, since 2021, Marshall has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an accolade given to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state.
He stays active in the legal circle by being a member of organizations such as the Kentucky Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association, the American Association for Justice and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys.
Marshall resides in Louisville with his girlfriend, Laura, and their dog Maverick. In his spare time Marshall enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Louisville Cardinals, and relaxing at his family’s home on Lake Cumberland.
