In addition to the foregoing, Jordan was on the trial team that secured a wrongful death jury verdict of $12,802,165. In total, Jordan has 17 verdicts and settlements exceeding $1 million dollars.
Due to his success, Jordan received membership to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, an invitation-only organization specifically reserved for trial attorneys. Additionally, since 2020, Jordan has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an accolade given to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state. Further, since 2021, Jordan has been named to Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in the areas of medical malpractice law and personal injury litigation.
Jordan has spent nearly his entire life in Kentucky. As the son of an attorney, Jordan aspired to follow in the footsteps of his dad – his hero. Jordan began his collegiate career at Jacksonville University where he played on the Division 1 Men’s Soccer Team. Ultimately, Jordan obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky, majoring in both Business Management and Business Marketing, graduating summa cum laude and receiving Departmental Honors. Jordan received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law where he was a Production Editor on the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Law.
Jordan resides in Louisville with his wife, Caitlin, and his children, Beckham and Blair. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats and Louisville City FC, and soaking in the beauty of Kentucky at his cabin in the Red River Gorge.
