Martin Kinney focuses his practice on medical negligence, auto/truck accidents, and product liability cases. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kinney was a partner with the Louisville law firm of Boehl, Stopher and Graves where he focused his practice on litigation involving attorney malpractice, railroad crossing accidents, FELA claims, and truck/automobile accidents. His experience as a Louisville personal injury attorney has made him recognized as one of the top lawyers in Louisville by the Louisville Magazine and has an AV® Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®.
Mr. Kinney is licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky and recently obtained a multi-million-dollar verdict in a medical negligence case in Bowling Green, Kentucky. His civic involvement includes serving as the Board Chair for the downtown Louisville YMCA and also as a member of the Board of the YMCA Association for Greater Louisville.
